SHIPPING  (Australia )

We ship via Australia Post. Regular - $10, and Express $5. 

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Most ship the same day.

You will be sent a parcel tracking number via email or SMS when your parcel has shipped.

We no longer offer store pick-up, sorry. 



International postage can be quite expensive, so please email us for a quote if you can't see your country/region listed.

We will do our best to find the least expensive form of shipping for the package size and weight.



Please email asap if there is a problem with your order.  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Refunds and replacements offered on faulty goods. Sorry, no refunds for change of mind. 



We offer free gift wrapping, and are happy to include a personalised message - options are available at checkout. Parcels are sent without the receipt/invoice. 



Gift vouchers sold instore only work instore and those sold digitally (online) only work online, unfortunately. If you'd like to change where you can use your gift voucher, just send us an email and we'll sort that out for you. If you have any questions in the meantime, please get in touch:
