SHIPPING (Australia )
We ship via Australia Post. Regular and Express options available. Purchases over $75 ship for free via regular post.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via Australia Post. We will do our best to ship the same day when we can.
You will be sent a parcel tracking number (if applicable) via email or SMS when your parcel has shipped.
We offer store collection. No shipping will be applied. We will be in touch when your order is ready to be collected.
International postage can be quite expensive. Please email us for a quote. email@example.com
We will do our best to find the least expensive form of shipping for the package size and weight.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org asap if there is a problem with your order. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Refunds and replacements offered on faulty goods. Sorry, no cash refunds for change of mind.
We offer free gift wrapping! Please let us know at checkout if you would like your purchase wrapped. You can leave instructions in the "message to seller" box on the shopping cart page, via the contact us form or shoot an email to email@example.com .
Gift vouchers sold instore only work instore and those sold digitally (online) only work online, unfortunately. If you'd like to change where you can use your gift voucher, just send us an email and we'll sort that out for you.
