Shipping, Returns, & FAQs
We ship most items within Australia using Australia Post and have a flat rate of regular shipping for most items - $13, and express shipping $17. Our New Zealand shipping rates are regular shipping - $17.
Oversized items (e.g. large cushions) are shipped within Australia at flat rates of regular shipping - $20 and express shipping - $30.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Most ship the same day.
If you would like to have something shipped internationally, please contact us to get shipping quote.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please email email@example.com asap if there is a problem with your order. Refunds and replacements are only offered on faulty goods. We do not offer refunds for change of mind but we are happy to exchange or arrange store credit. You will need to return any items you wish to exchange at your own expense.
SENDING A GIFT?
We offer free gift wrapping, and are happy to include a personalised message - options are available at checkout. Parcels are sent without the receipt/invoice.
Gift vouchers sold here . Online vouchers will be sent via email or SMS automatically after your purchase has been made.
If you have a gift voucher that was purchased instore before we closed our bricks & mortar store, please get in touch and we will replace your voucher with a version that can be used online.
We do our best to keep the online store up to date, however, sometimes we may be out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
