Shipping, Returns & FAQs

 

SHIPPING  (Australia & New Zealand)

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We will do our best to ship the same day when we can.

You will be sent a parcel tracking number via email when your parcel has shipped.

We offer in-store collection. Please select 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout. No shipping will be applied. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International postage can be quite expensive. Please email us for a quote. hello@nookbrisbane.com

We will do our best to find the least expensive form of shipping for the package size and weight.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please email hello@nookbrisbane.com within 14 days if there is a problem with your order.  Refunds and replacements offered on faulty goods. We do not offer refunds for change of mind but are happy to accommodate exchanges where we can. 

 

GIFT WRAPPING

We offer free gift wrapping! Please let us know at checkout if you would like your purchase wrapped. You can leave instructions in the "message to seller" box on the shopping cart page, via the contact us form or shoot an email to hello@nookbrisbane.com .

 

GIFT VOUCHERS

At the moment we only sell gift vouchers in-store, for use in-store...but we do hope to change this. If you have any questions in the meantime, please get in touch: hello@nookbrisbane.com

 

AVAILABILITY

We do our best to keep the online store up to date, however, sometimes we may be out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know.
